Utilities 'fsplit' and 'fmerge'

What is it?
-----------

These are two utilities to split a large binary file into smaller
pieces. You can make pieces who you can copy to some floppy disks
and merge them together on another machine.
The size of the pieces can be given on the command line and if no
size is given, the resulting pieces should fit on a 3.5" floppy
disk (DOS formatted).
