New Methods

These constructors and methods were added to the indicated classes for the JDK 1.1.

DatagramPacket:
        setAddress
        setData
        setLength
        setPort

DatagramSocket:
        DatagramSocket(int, InetAddress)
        getLocalAddress
        getSoTimeout
        setSoTimeout

One method was removed from the DatagramSocket class: finalize. [PENDING: rationale?]
