To install xmclock:

gunzip and untar the archive package

1]	Run the script AUTO.INSTALL (as root) which will move 2 shell scripts
named xmclock and xb into /usr/local/bin. It will then create a
subdirectory called /usr/local/bin/support which will contain the
text, graphics, and support scripts for xmclock. It will not
	delete the original files.

			*** OR ***

2]	Put xmclock and xb in whichever directory you want. Make a sub-
directory named support and copy all the files in the
./xmclock/support directory there. Then open xmclock in a text
editor and set the variable xmcdir (it's the first one) to the name
of the directory you put xmclock into. Clear as prestressed concrete?
	Good!

To run xmclock:

Start it from an xterm with a command line of: xmclock &
That's it. Put it on a menu with the same command line.

All the rest of the documentation can be read from within xmclock.

Have fun!
