The new Common C++ "extra" package has been introduced to distribute those
parts of Common C++ that are still under very active and formative
development. We hope to clarify which parts of Common C++ should be
considered for recommended use as those that are part of the Common C++
package proper, and to clearly annotate those parts of Common C++ that
should be treated as "expairemental" as being part of this package.

Currently, the Bayonne script engine is considered expairemental, along
with the incomplete win32 project tree and math classes. The Common C++
package of the same version should be made and installed before building
and installing the "extras" package.
