Iend_of_text - return TRUE if at end of BIFF image text field
Syntax

BiffStatus Iend_of_text( IMAGE i );
Description
Return TRUE if character position in the text
field of image i is at end of text, that is, if
character position equals the number of characters
plus one. Otherwise return FALSE.
Restrictions
i must be initialized.

TRUE if at end of text, FALSE otherwise. TRUE if
some kind of error (i not initialized).
