Parameters:

CountmDB	The name of the countm database file.
CountmFontDir	The name of the countm font directory.
CountmPrefix	The name of the countm config files directory.
CountmLockfile	The name of the countm database lockfile.
CountmDefFont	The name of the default countm font.
