CAIM 0.01

Syntax:

	caim

See INSTALL for /very/ abbreviated building instructions.

NOTE: Before using CAIM you MUST copy (and edit) the default caim.config
from the caim-0.01 directory - change the file as described (the only change
you /need/ to make is to alter the first line to your own screen name, but
you'll probably want to add your buddies) - this file should be placed in
your home directory. You should also make sure you run caim from the
directory containing caim.config or things will likely break.

If you've used my Yahoo client for the console, this will look /very/ similar
(read almost identical :P) So similar in fact I'm going to steal some of the
yahoo documentation at this point...

After starting caim, enter your password when prompted. There will be a
short pause while caim logs onto the server, once logged on, your screen
should look something like this:

You can enter commands in the lower window (window 3) this is where you
entered your passwords. If you want to see what commands are available,
you can type /HELP (or /H) at any time, this will display a command list
in window 1. All commands start with a /, anything not starting with a /
is assumed to be conversation and sent to the target user.

The commands are as follows:

/QUERY <nick> - Sets the target user, this can be one of your online
friends (as listed in window 2) but can be any online
user. Any text you enter that does not start with a /
is sent to the current target user, also your prompt
is the target user in square brackets. Ex: [Bill]:
Enter /QUERY with no parameter to clear the target.

/ADD <nick> - Add <nick> to buddy list. *** NOT IMPLEMENTED YET

/DEL <nick> - Remove <nick> from buddy list. *** NOT IMPLEMENTED YET

/CLEAR - Clears Window 1 and Window 3.

/HELP - Displays a summary of all available commands.

/BEEP - Toggles beeping on incoming messages

/TLIST - Toggles display of time/status in 80 column modes.

/LOGOUT (/QUIT) - Terminates CAIM and logs you off.
