Terminal Font

The font used in the Utility Terminal can be selected by using the Settings...Preferences menu item.

Default Editors and Viewers

A true preferences dialog has not been created, but the default editors and viewers can be changed by editing the ~/.gnome/lahelper file.

The default text editor is gnome-edit, so whatever you select in the gnome control center for the default GNOME editor will be used. This choice is made under the Document Handlers...Default Applications section of the gnome control center.
