*NB*
This is where I'll throw around some ideas.
None of this is set in stone. I may be completely incoherent when I'm
writing this. I may just be out of my tiny little mind. So if things turn
out different to how this says, don't complain.

Here's how I expect Powertweak-Linux to work when I'll feel happy enough to
name it as '1.0.0'.

Running powertweak from the command line with no parameters will open up
an ncurses based configuration GUI, which auto detects the hardware in your PC,
and allows you to create a config file tuned just for your PC.

The GTK program will be just an interface that adjusts the same config file.

There will additional command line parameters such as..

safe - Tunes PCI registers which are known to be 100% safe.
The reason for this? 'safe' will be added so that distributions can add
'powertweak safe' in their startup scripts without worrying about compatability
	    problems.

best - Switches on every hardware optimisation known to the max even if
	    this could cause problems.
