This interface should be implemented by classes that are able to take a document and returns the a String representation of the document's contents.

ExcelConverter	This class provides the mechanism to perform a conversion from Excel to standard text
OOConverter	This class provides the mechanism to perform a conversion from OpenOffice files to standard text.
PDFConverter	This class provides the mechanism to perform a conversion from PDF to standard text
TextConverter	this class exists to ensure that text attachments are also indexed.
