_T_h_e _B_e_a_u_j_o_l_a_i_s _Q_u_a_l_i_t_y _D_a_t_a

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Quality measurements for some identified samples of young
     Beaujolais.

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     The row names data frame `beaujolais' are the labels; the four
     components `OQ', `AC', `pH' and `TSO' are the measurements.
