ZIpl Boot Loader Installation

Red Hat Linux for s390 and zseries uses the zipl bootloader
in order to configure the startup of the the machine.

You can now add additional parameters to the default ones
which were built from your installation setup or enter
   completely new ones.

The parameters are separated into two parts:

     - Kernel parameters
     - Chandev parameters

where all the kernel parameters will be added to the
/etc/zipl.conf file and used during system startup and
the 2 chandev lines will be written to /etc/chandev.conf
with which the kernel configures I/O devices.
