Detailed Description

Mooney-Rivlin hyperelastic law.

To be used for compressible and incompressible problems. Following combinations are possible: not compressible, not neohookean (default): 2 parameters (C1,C2) not compressible, neohookean: 1 parameter (C1) compressible, not neohookean: 3 parameters (C1,C2,D1) compressible, neohookean: 2 parameters (C1,D1)
